Menswear Spring/Summer 2024 shows will be held between June 20 and 25. You can view the final calendar here.
The Fédération de la Haute Couture also released a provisional calendar of Paris Haute Couture Week, which will run between July 3 and 6 and include shows of 32 fashion houses.

Edward Enninful to leave British Vogue
The editor-in-chief of British Vogue announced his plans to step down from this role in 2024 and transition into a new one as an editorial advisor of British Vogue and global creative and cultural advisor of Vogue. The magazine will then hire a head of editorial content for British Vogue, a title that so far replaced the one of the editors-in-chief across Vogue’s French, Spanish, Italian, and German editions.
Gabriela Hearst to leave Chloé + her collaboration with Atelier Jolie
The creative director of Chloé since December 2020, Gabriela Hearst, announced she will exit the brand and show her final collection for the spring 2024 season during Paris Fashion Week this fall.
Meanwhile, Chloé revealed that it will be the first collaborator for Angelina Jolie’s new fashion venture called Atelier Jolie. Gabriela Hearst and Angelina Jolie will codesign a capsule that will “celebrate authentic women-to-women connections” and “modern femininity”, focus on eveningwear pieces and be inspired by those in the actress’ wardrobe. Hearst and Jolie joined forces in their commitment to sustainability (Chloé is one of the first luxury brands to have received a B Corp certification), and so many looks will be made using low-impact materials like deadstock.
Fendi launched an astrology-themed beachwear capsule
The summer collection is inspired by the luxury brand’s archives and particularly by the spring 1990 and 1993 collections designed by the late Karl Lagerfeld. The line includes swimwear made from recycled Lycra, cashmere jumpers, silk jerseys, denim, satin caftans, frocks, and blouses bearing writings of zodiac signs, in English and Italian, and astrological prints originally sketched by Lagerfeld. The capsule also includes the signature Peekaboo and Baguette bags in white leather or embroidered with astrological patterns and beach-ready woven pieces.
Manolo Blahnik expands men’s footwear
With the goal to expand men’s shoes beyond 15% of sales, Manolo Blahnik has opened separate dedicated men’s spaces at its retail stores in New York, London, and in Tokyo, and in the brand’s stores in East Hampton, New York, and Paris.
For example, the assortment at the boutique on Madison Avenue includes tuxedo shoes in suede, silk, or velvet, raffia sandals, loafers, and the Semanado sneaker in a variety of colors with contrast eyelets.
“I don’t follow fashion or trends, nor do I focus on what other people are doing, I just do what I like, and I design shoes as I am inspired by books, films, people, artists, the world. If you create shoes that fit well, that are made well and with wonderful craftsmanship — and of course ensure you look after them — they will always stand the test of time. Color and comfort are at the heart of my designs and shoes that last.” Manolo Blahnik
Prada and Zegna Groups acquired a minority stake in Luigi Fedeli e Figlio SRL
The Ermenegildo Zegna Group and Prada Group have agreed to buy a 15% stake each in Luigi Fedeli e Figlio Srl, an Italian luxury knitwear company founded in 1934. According to Patrizio Bertelli, Prada Group chairman and executive director, this merges and acquisitions deal represents “a strategic investment to preserve the know-how and tradition of an Italian excellence in fine yarn,” while for Zegna, “the acquisition of historic Italian companies has enabled the group to build a platform of luxury textile companies guaranteeing the highest quality and safeguarding the uniqueness of Italian craftsmanship,” said chairman and CEO Gildo Zegna.

Armani Group collaborates with King Charles on a sustainable cotton project
The Italian fashion group revealed it is collaborating with the Sustainable Markets Initiative’s (SMI) Fashion Task Force and the Circular Bioeconomy Alliance, both founded by His Majesty King Charles III. According to Armani’s statement to WWD, the project aims “to test and scientifically assess new ways to implement sustainable cotton production in Italy, to demonstrate how to enhance landscape diversity, water saving and soil fertility as well as biodiversity-related ecosystem services while producing cotton with a low carbon footprint through the use of agroforestry systems.” It is planned that over 5 years, the Apulia farm site “will be among the first field experiments in Europe testing agroforestry cotton with alternative tree species and regenerative practices.”
