365 days of fashion means sharing with you the history of iconic pieces in the history of fashion - apparel, shoes, handbags, and others. Today, we are going to share with you the history of the iconic Lady Dior bag - one of the main symbols of the French fashion House -, and who is the Lady behind it.
The infamous bag was created in 1995 by Gianfranco Ferré, the Italian couturier who took the helm at Dior from 1989-1997.
Initially, the bag didn’t wear the name “Lady Dior” just yet, but “Chouchou”, in fact (meaning “favorite” in French).
